Cogren Industries is a duly incorporated Close Corporation with CIPRO. The Closed Corporation was incorporated on the 24th August 2007, with Reistration number 2007/165404/23.
The Closed Corporation primary function is the supply of Safety Ware, Tools, Hardware and Consumable products required by the building, Roadwork and Engineering Industries.
The Closed Corporation is registered with BEESA Rating Services as a EME and qualified 100% BEE recognition. The Closed Corporation qualifies as an exempt micro enterprisewith an automatic BEE recognition. The Closed Corporation further has the required Tax Clearance Certificate for tenders from SARS, which is valid until July 2010 , upon which it will be renewed again for a further year.
